Actor Penn Badgley looks almost unrecognisable as he chats to a friend after having lunch in Venice, California. No longer clean shaven and short haired, he rocks the tramp-chic look with a head of floppy curly hair and face full of stubble.
The Maryland-born 25-year-old is best known for his part as Dan Humphrey in the teen drama TV series Gossip Girl but has appeared in other films such as John Tucker Must Die and Easy A. He is set to star in Greetings From Tim Buckley which is currently in post-production.
