When a good cause is paired up with some remarkably beautiful and famous faces, only good things can happen.

So, for H&M’s unveiling of their Fashion Against AIDS line, they didn’t just go with one celebrity spokesperson — they got a handful. Whether it’s male or female, Hollywood’s most fashionable like Gossip Girl‘s Penn Badgley and Big Love beauty Ginnifer Goodwin paired up with the retailer, who will be donating 25% of sales of the new line to youth HIV / AIDS projects around the world.

Also lending a hand are musicians Akon and Keri Hilson, Twilight star Nikki Reed and others.

Badgley said in a statement about his involvement: ““I think it’s good to keep young people, all people, aware about HIV. It’s something that’s it’s easy to forget about. It’s a serious issue and it affects so many people. It’s not just restricted to any community. The more awareness, the better and the safer we can all be. People need to be sensitive and safe, a lot of times it’s easy to let that go.”

You know him as eye candy on the CW’s “Gossip Girl” or as the other Tucker in “John Tucker Must Die” but Penn Badgley is more than another handsome face on a sultry teen drama. He has a new thriller “Margin Call” coming out this year and is an avid sports fan.

With this being said, Badgley sat down with City’s Best at at a recent kick off party for the 2011 Sony Ericsson Open in Miami, which featured the new PlayStation smartphone, the Xperia PLAY. We grabbed a few minutes at the Paris Theatre on Washington Avenue from the heartthrob you know as Dan Humphrey to talk about the new film, his favorite Miami and NYC spots (which we have here just for you), and how his “blessed” life is similar to the character he portrays on TV alongside Blake Lively, Kelly Rutherford and Leighton Meester.

Any plans while in Miami?
I’ve been to the Fontainebleau and I’ve stayed at the W Hotel, and I just ate at Mr Chow, which was really good. When I come to Miami, I basically stay in hotels and party that way. It’s almost like Vegas, that insular thing where it is hard to even know where you are.

You aren’t going to the Sony Ericsson tourney, but are you a tennis fan?
I love watching live tennis … I saw Federer and Nadal play in 2009, which was one of the most exhilarating sports experiences.

Do you come to Miami a lot? What is unique about Miami?
When I come down, I’ll go to Ocean Drive a little bit but I think I’ve only been like three or four times … Miami feels like a mixture between New York and Las Vegas. It has that dangerous, fun vibe to it.

There is a big film incentive down here in Miami with new shows popping up, any chance to make an appearance, maybe on a “Charlie’s Angels” remake?
Whatever the job is, I would love to work here and have an extended stay. At this point, you can never say where you’ll be. The Miami vibe I love and it looks great on film.

What have you got in the works now?
I got a movie “Margin Call” coming out in the fall. That’s actually pretty serious departure from everything I’ve done. It’s got an incredible cast — Kevin Spacey, Jeremy Irons, Demi Moore, Stanley Tucci … The most significant experience I’ve had as an actor.

How does your personal life compare to that of Dan Humphrey?
We all live a little bit like the show’s characters. We all have a little fun and we all have certain liberties we are able to take. It’s really an incredibly blessed experience for all of us. Living in New York and being on that show is a special thing … as much as we are all looking forward to the next chapter in our careers, it will certainly be sad when it’s over.

Penn Badgley had only one day in Miami before heading to a movie premiere in NYC. So naturally the Gossip Girl cutie, 24, made sure to take full advantage of our beautiful beaches.

“I’ve been up in the mountains snowboarding so I had a goggle tan that I had to get rid of.”

We chatted with Badgley – who recentlly split with GG costar Blake Lively – at the Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY Lounge inside the Open Players Party, where he talked about his new movie and his love-hate relationship with a sport he’s grown to admire.

Have you IMDb-searched Penn Badgley lately? No? Well, before we hit up Cosmopolitan magazine’s 2011 Fun Fearless Males party in New York City on Monday night, we did and we were excited and confused to see that the “Gossip Girl” star is attached to a project called “One Night With You,” which may also star Taylor Swift and Lindsay Lohan.

We asked the source himself whether he knew anything about the project and his stunned look and completely adorable answer kind of confirmed that the movie is probably just Internet rumor.

“What? Attached to something with who? Taylor Swift? Oh I don’t know anything about that,” he explained to us, before laughing it all off. “I’m attached! I got a job! I did it! I don’t know. What’s it about? I’m curious! ‘One Night With You.’ That’s not true.”

With the film probably never happening, we wanted to know that if we were lucky enough to spend one night with Penn, what we’d be in for. “For one night? It’s a lot! It depends on the night. I don’t know how to answer that,” he laughed. “I don’t know what to tell you. It can be a lot of fun.”

We assume any time spent with Penn is a lot of fun. He’s too cute for it not to be!
